Topic: Female forgiveness.
Why?
Because you deserve to take the weight off your shoulders.
Because how are all these girls, all over social media just living their best life.
While you’re either going through shit, healing from shit. Or just got so much on your plate right now.
How is it even possible to be share quotes like “trust the universe” when in reality - life is a lot!
The truth is… we’re actually all going through some sort of shit. It’s impossible never to have a bump in the road.
Unfortunately sometimes life just throws unimaginable circumstances at us that we don’t know how to manage.
Or if you’re like me, an accumulation of struggles build up. You mask them and then it becomes too much.
If you’re reading this right now, then the universe has called me to tell you…
You’ve handled your cards well! You should be proud, you’ve had emotional and mental strain and life is a lot. Even though you think you’re not good enough, that “she” is doing it better than you. Trust me.. you really are doing amazing.
EXERCISE -
Take a note pad and pen,
Put on some calming music or your favourite song.
Put your hand on you’re heart and take a deep breath.
Write down three to five (or more, the more the better) things you can thank yourself for;
These can be big or small…
It could be, showing up for you job, your children, running the house.. absolutely anything that you have showed for lately.
Then I want you to either write, or say out loud to yourself… “I’m sorry I’ve been to hard on you lately.” (Imagine your 5 year old self when doing this)
Write down five times, I forgive myself. I’m proud of me!
Put your hand on your heart. Take another deep breath. Check in with yourself and see how you feel now.
You are enough in every single form. Even though you prefer yourself in your highest most aligned self it doesn’t have to be either or. You can be amazing and emotional, you can be overwhelmed and organised. And I believe you’re complete and deserve to be loved but remember to love yourself first!
If this resonated with you, or helped you in any way shape or form. I would love to hear your feedback.
Take care, Mollie
