To me all of these topics intertwine in my day today life. When I’m intentional in all these areas is when I’m most aligned.  
 

What is my back ground? 
I left school and fell into the hair beauty and makeup industry so naturally. No at the exciting age of 30 I have over 14 years of professional experience in that world, and for a decade I was a self employed hairdresser, beauty therapist and my most proud work to date (other than my children) a successful hair and bridal makeup artist travelling all over the north west. 
 

So what have I learned from this? And what do I no know. 
 

It was never just about the hair or makeup, I really my dream job would be to bottle up rose gold and glitter, alchemise this into confidence and sell it to all the women and mothers out in the world doubting themselves. Unfortunately I can’t do this. But what can I do, I can offer my bespoke alchemised self care sessions where I use my metaphysical tools, like tarot cards, crystals, journaling, meditation and more to help give a you not only a confidence boost but to connect to your higher self and back in alignment on your journey going forward.
